How long does take (turn around time) for a click track request to be completed?
All click track requests should be completed within 24 to 48 hours of the request.
Are all Click tracks the same BPM as the original song?
Yes
How long does take (turn around time) for an Instrumental request to be completed?
All Instrumental requests *should* be completed within 4 to 8 days after receiving the request. There are rare circumstances that may prolong the production of the Instrumental, i.e., currently producing other requests, etc... We try our best to communicate upfront about any potential delays. At any given time, we can be producing multiple requests at a time.

All Multi-track requests are the same as Instrumental requests. Completion time should be between 4 to 8 days after receiving the request.

Are the completion timeframes the same from requests made from your Youtube page?
In some cases, yes; in most cases, no. Although we receive requests from Youtube, we recommend that all requests are made directly on the website to ensure we received the request.

We're in the process of creating Video Tutorials for each song we currently have as an instrumental.
Who will the Video Tutorials be for; advanced players, intermediate players, or beginners?
The primary purpose of the Video Tutorials will be to assist beginners and intermediate players.
